Please read through the following rules if you're new here, they provide important information and guidelines to ensure you have an enjoyable stay here.
POSTING
How often you log in or post here is entirely up to you, but you will need to post around the forum if you want to pay your players and each one you make earns you money. You won't have to post several dozen times a day or anything like that as you earn £50,000 for every one you make, so paying your star players each week won't be too much trouble. However if you go into debt and cannot pay your players your team will be disbanded and your players added to the free transfer database.
SPAMMING
While posting a lot will earn you a lot of money spamming the forum with one or two word posts to get you money will in fact do the opposite. Spam posts will be deleted and £200,000 removed from your bank balance as a result.
RESTRICTIONS
While you can pretty much talk about anything you like here there are a few restrictions. Firstly please try and keep swearing to a minimum, for one thing a lot of minors use the Internet. Illegal discussions are perhaps the biggest no-no of Manage It, talking about streaming live football matches for example will earn you a warning.
RESPECT
Over the course of the season you will lose games, sometimes a lot more than you will win. Naturally this may upset you, but remember results are decided primarily on two factors - mathematical probability and a little luck. You will not lose a game if you are on a warning or if you think you're unpopular with the general member base, nobody is favoured or targeted here. Simply put if you lose a match (or several matches) don't lose your rag, it's nothing against you.
SIGS
In case you're not sure what these are, they're images that go below each post you make if you decide to add one to your profile. When adding a sig please be sure it's not enormous and stretches the page, plus try to keep your sig area relatively small by not including too many images or too much text.
MISCELLANEOUS
If you're unsure of anything regarding the rules please feel free to PM a staff member (currently just me), chances are a lot of you know me from other forums so hopefully you know I'm easily approachable. Any questions, ideas, problems or anything else is all good, just drop me a line.
